Social media star Nana Abena Korkor Addo has rendered an apology to GHOne TV General Manager Nana Aba Anamoah.
Her apology follows recent allegations she made about the broadcaster on social media. Abena Korkor apologised to Nana Aba during the last episode of United Showbiz on UTV which was hosted by Nana Ama McBrown.
Abena Korkor’s allegations Korkor, a bipolar patient, in what she later described as a manic episode, went on a ‘revelation’ spree on her Instagram page.
In a video, she disclosed a list of some prominent (popular) men in Ghana she claims to have had affairs with. Among the many names, Korkor mentioned radio and TV presenter Kojo Yankson as one of the many popular men to have had encounters with her.
Months after the allegations, Abena Korkor has regretted her actions and she decided to storm UTV’s United Showbiz with her apology. Originally not part of the invited guest list, Korkor was given the opportunity to come on the show. In a very sober mood, Korkor pleaded for forgiveness from Nana Aba for hurting her with the allegations. Korkor disclosed that she had a good relationship with Nana Aba prior to her manic episode and thus did not what came over her.

Nana Aba’s response Reacting to Korkor’s apology, Nana Aba indicated she did not have anything against Korkor as she considered her a special person.
She has apologised and I can’t pretend to hear her. I have absolutely nothing against her. She has spewed a lot of lies about me and I’m glad she saw it. She will always remain a special human being to me…, she said.
Nana Aba was, however, mindful of whether Korkor meant her apology and was not going to go back on her words.
