A hashtag #justiceforgijstudents campaign has topped twitter trends in Ghana today.
AfricaOwn.com followed up to see what was going on there, we got to find out some aggrieved students of the Ghana Institute of Journalism (GIJ) have protested against management.
We then sighted on a press release statement by the management of the school which said, upon their meeting on Monday, March 22, they school has decided to deter all student who made late payment of school fees.
GIJ students are always treated as creche children. Obey before complain has been the norm. Even after failing to provide the promised data last year, fees got increased, lectures back online, data and hostel charges still a burden.
