The Politics

However, section of his critics and sources under the circumstances in which he operates, perhaps would not agree with him.

Even though he’s one of the favorites ‘wizards’ on air and in the cameras, who gives equal platform to the two most effective political parties in Ghana; the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) and opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), some followers and viewers believe he displays bias against the NDC.

One of those critiques is the ranking member on Legal and Constitutional Committee of Parliament Hon. Rockson Nelson Dafeamekpor.

Prior to Elections 2020, he campaigned against Mr. Otchere and the Good Evening Ghana Show because he felt the award winning Journalist had been using ‘Good Evening’ program as a propaganda tool to promote the NPP, rather than being neutral and impartial in his presentation as an ace broadcaster.

The South Deyi MP urged members of his party the NDC to boycott Mr. Otchere and his Good Evening Ghana show at the time. Many others from various political parties in Ghana have administered how the award winning Paul uses the show to propagate the works of the NPP. Don’t you think if Mr. Otchere decides to go ‘unbias’ as purported by some masses, he would have been greatest?

BUT, Is Adom Otchere really a member of the NPP?

What mintah.net can say on authority is that Paul Adom-Otchere is a sympathizer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and also, a very good follower of President Nana Akufo-Addo. However, we can’t tell is if he is a card-bearing member of the NPP or not.

Most recently Paul on his ‘Good Evening Ghana’ program has not shielded away from showing his political bias against the National Democratic Congress (NDC) although he tries to give a balanced platform to both political parties on his show.
