Portland Riot Following Verdict of Kyle Rittenhouse

A riot was declared in the city of Portland, Oregon on Friday night following the not guilty verdict that cleared Kyle Rittenhouse of charges of murdering two protesters and wounding a third in Kenosha, Wisconsin last year on the grounds of self-defense.
There were peaceful protests in New York and Oakland, California, as demonstrators took to the streets to display their dismay with the jury’s decision.
Supporters of Kyle Rittenhouse could be seen outside the Kenosha courthouse, where loved ones of the two killed, 36-year-old Joseph Rosenbaum and 26-year-old Anthony Huber, also expressed their grief at Rittenhouse’s acquittal.
